This tool makes no promises. It doesn't know your market, your brand, or your follow-up speed, and it does not predict how many candidates any pipeline will produce. It answers one narrow question honestly: at your numbers, what would each model cost, and where is the crossover. Fill in your real figures. Argue with the output, not the method.

How to read the result
Three honest caveats. First, the per-placement model scales with every hire, and the pipeline model mostly doesn't, which is the entire argument for pipelines at volume and the entire argument against them at low volume. Second, a pipeline produces an asset that compounds: content, followers, and search presence persist, while a placement fee buys exactly one hire. This calculator doesn't price that asset, so the pipeline column is understated for multi-year horizons. Third, a pipeline needs operation to produce anything at all. If nobody runs it, its true cost is the budget plus zero hires. The checklist in this collection tells you whether you're ready to run one.
Where our numbers sit
For reference against your monthly-investment input: our talent-pipeline engagements run at published rates, listed on our pricing page, with thirty UGC-style videos a month, Philippines-based creators, page operation, and paid campaign management. Plug our published figure into the calculator and see what the math says for your volume. If it says we're not worth it at your hire count, believe the math.
