Terms of Service

Last updated May 1, 2026

Please read this first. This page is maintained by Reel Robin and is provided as a general template describing how we work. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by counsel. Before relying on it — in a vendor review, a procurement process, or a dispute — have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it. Signed client agreements always take precedence over this page.

About these terms

Reel Robin is a content marketing agency headquartered in Manila, Philippines, serving clients primarily in the United States. These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general terms on which we provide our services.

Where we sign a separate agreement, statement of work, or order form with a client, that document governs the engagement and takes precedence over anything on this page if the two conflict.

Use of this website

This site is provided for information about our services. You may browse it and share links to it freely. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.

The text, layout, brand marks, and other material on this site belong to Reel Robin unless stated otherwise. Nothing here transfers ownership of those materials to you.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the contact form, receiving a proposal, or discussing scope with us does not create a binding engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and pricing figures shown anywhere on the site are illustrative reference ranges rather than quotes. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement or statement of work.

Services and deliverables

Our services typically include short-form video production, AI avatar content, multi-account social media operations, community and Reddit marketing, message testing, and rapid response content. The specific scope, monthly output commitment, platforms, and fees for any engagement are defined in the applicable statement of work.

Where a monthly output figure is committed, it is committed in that statement of work along with the remedy if it is missed. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome — views, followers, engagement rate, leads, or revenue — because those depend on platform algorithms, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We commit to the work and the output, not to the results the platforms deliver.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely brand direction, approvals, and any assets or access we need to do the work, and for ensuring that anything they supply to us does not infringe someone else's rights.

Clients are also responsible for the accuracy of factual and regulatory claims about their own products. We will flag claims that look risky, but we are not your compliance function.

Ownership of delivered content

On full payment of the fees for the relevant period, all final content we produce and deliver for a client — videos, edits, scripts, captions, and the associated raw exports — belongs to that client, along with any custom AI avatar built for their brand under the terms of the applicable statement of work.

Social media accounts we operate on a client's behalf are registered to and owned by the client. We operate them as a tenant. On termination, we hand over accounts, credentials, and the asset library.

We retain ownership of our own underlying methods, internal tooling, templates, and operating processes, and of any third-party software, stock, or licensed assets, which remain subject to their own licences. We may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a client asks us in writing not to.

Fees and payment

Services are generally provided on a flat monthly retainer, invoiced in advance, with payment terms set out in the statement of work. Late payment may result in work being paused. Where an engagement is terminated, notice periods and any off-boarding obligations are as stated in the statement of work.

Platform rules and third parties

We operate within the published policies of the platforms we work on, including labelling AI-generated content where a platform requires it and disclosing brand affiliation where community rules require it. We do not buy engagement, run bot networks, or manipulate votes.

Platforms may change their rules, algorithms, or enforcement at any time, and may suspend or restrict accounts for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for platform actions that are not caused by our breach of these terms.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. This survives the end of an engagement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of the services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to Reel Robin in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

Unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws stated in that agreement, and the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before commencing proceedings.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes to an active engagement are handled through that engagement's change process, not by editing this page.
